Exzellente Bildqualität

Die FLIR A310 f hat einen ungekühlten Vanadiumoxid (VoX)-Mikrobolometer-Detektor, der kristallklare Infrotbilder mit einer Auflösung von 320 x 240 Pixeln erzeugt und selbst kleinste Temperaturunterschiede deutlich sichtbar macht. Die Kamera verfügt über ein eingebautes Objektiv mit motorisiertem Fokusbetrieb, bietet Video-Streaming über Ethernet, um Livebilder auf einem PC zu zeigen, handhabt Datenaustausch und Stromversorgung über das Ethernet-Kabel und kann über per Internet und TCP/IP-Protokoll aus der Ferne gesteuert werden.

Integrierte analyse- und alarmfunktionen

Die FLIR A310 f verfügt serienmäßig über integrierte Analysefunktionen wie Spot, Bereichsmessung und Differenztemperaturfunktion. Alarmauslösungen sind als Funktion von Analyse, Innentemperatur oder Digitalausgang konfigurierbar. Die Kamera sendet nach Zeitplan oder bei Alarm automatisch Analyseergebnisse, IR-Bilder und anderes per E-Mail. Dateien oder E-Mails können eigenständig verschickt werden, und der Einsatz als FTP- oder SMTP-Client ist möglich. Die FLIR A310 ist Ethernet/IP- und Modbus TCP-kompatibel, so dass Analyse- und Alarmergebnisse problemlos zu einem PLC übertragen werden können. Für Alarme und zur Steuerung externer Geräten digitale Ein- und Ausgänge verfügbar. Bildmaskierungsfunktion ermöglicht es, nur relevante Bildbereiche zur Analyse auszuwählen.
